Family court is too often where abuse continues under another name. Reform means trauma-informed judges, an end to discredited "alienation" theories used against protective parents, and policy that puts child safety above the convenience of the system.

Recognize litigation abuse and coercive control as ongoing harm — not 'high-conflict divorce.'
Trauma-Informed Courts
Train judges, evaluators, and GALs on coercive control, DV dynamics, and child trauma.
Survivor-Centered Policy
Pass and implement protective laws (e.g. Kayden's Law) and fund Family Justice Centers.
